JOB OPENING: Warehouse Packer/Shipper

2BigFeet is an online store that sells large size shoes for men, sizes 14–22. We have been in business for almost 20 years and are a small, family-owned business.

We are looking for someone to help pick, pack and ship orders from our online store, receive new inventory, and manage the warehouse.

Job duties include:

• Picking, packing and shipping orders
• Receiving inventory and shelving products
• Answering occasional phone calls
• Keeping warehouse clean, neat, and organized
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. (usually, most boxes are 40 lbs or less)

ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST . Mis-shipped orders cost us money and infuriate customers, so attention to detail is critical in this role.

You must maintain knowledge of product offerings to assist customers and process orders using our order management software.

Basic computer knowledge a necessity - you must be comfortable using computers. You will be pulling up orders in our software, estimating shipping costs in UPS and USPS software, and switching back and forth between programs repeatedly. Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Previous warehouse experience a major plus.

Hours are somewhat flexible, but this position is around regular business hours of 9am - 5pm. Closed weekends and major holidays.
