We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Return for a store credit (gift card) with free return shipping in the contiguous U.S. Return for a refund to your original payment method less shipping label costs (see below).
To request a pre-paid shipping label, submit a return request using the form linked below.
All returned items must be:
- UNWORN and in new condition (no visible wear or tear, lint or hair, smudges, etc.) with original tags
- In the original shoebox or packaging with all paper, packing material, etc. Socks must be unopened.
- Within 90 days of the purchase date
Items received that are not in new condition, are dirty, or have damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted.
If you feel an item is in less-than-new condition when you received it, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
We only accept returns on new, unworn merchandise. Hangtags and packaging must be intact for sandals, socks, etc. Undamaged shoe boxes must be included for all returns. (except those that were not in a shoebox when you received them. ie socks, insoles, etc) All returns must be in new, clean, unworn condition and odor-free.
If you return opened socks and/or dirty or worn shoes we will send you an email notification. You have the option to pay to have these items returned to you. If you do not respond within 6 months the items will be donated to charity.
If you receive an item that you feel is not in new, unworn condition please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

DEFECTIVE RETURN REQUESTIf you would like to return some or all of your order for a store credit or refund, simply follow the instructions above. For a no-hassle return label, click the link to start a return.
Return for a store credit (gift card) and we will waive the return shipping costs. You will get the full original purchase price credited to a digital 2BigFeet gift card delivered to the email address associated with the order.
For returns for a refund, a shipping label cost of $8 for the first pair and $4 for each additional pair of shoes returned (flat $8 for sock or accessory orders) will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a refund in the amount you paid (after discounts) less any applicable shipping, processing, or restocking fees.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Orders Outside the Contiguous U.S. & International Orders
We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels outside the contiguous U.S. Please mail your return to us at the address below using a trackable shipping method. We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders.
