The socks were fine when I got the right size. However, I have issues with the return policy. I was sent the wrong sized socks the first time. I learned this after I opened them and tried them on. Being aware of the restrictive return policy, I tried to do as little damage to the sticky paper tag, but I damaged it slightly. Also, I had to cut the plastic strip that holds the hangar tag in order to separate the socks to try them on. After returning them with the paper and the hanger tab pieces, I received an email saying they were not returnable because they weren't in the original packaging, but this one time they would accept the return. Wow, thanks. You sent me the wrong socks the first time, but I was supposed to determine that without trying them on. I understand the shoe policy (carpet only), but the sock policy seems a little ridiculous since you can't try them on without damaging the packaging. I am not sure I can risk buying socks anymore because I used my one time exception, and it's not certain you will send the product I ordered.
