Top of the shoe is starting to separate from the bottom part and i have had these shoes for 3 weeks.
Boots are amazing and have a great fit
they charged me eight dollars to return the boots after I spoke with somebody and customer care saying she would waive the fee
The boots I ordered were way too small
ORDERED 700'S SHIPPED IN 700 BOX ACTUALLY WERE 770 INSULATED'S UPON OPENING. GOING TO KEEP FOR WINTER BOOT. GREAT FIT.WILL ORDER NON INSULATED IN FUTURE.
He loves them but we almost sent them back cuz the sole was folded not lying flat
