These boots have started falling apart in less than three months.company has ignored my complaint about the boots .

I see that you reached out in live chat on 3/6 at 11 pm ET (after business hours) and we responded within 2 minutes with instructions on how to submit a defective return request for the boots. You sent us your order number in chat at 11:12 PM and we responded with the following information at 11:14 PM. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm ET, but do often respond to time sensitive and important requests when possible.
