Bad redesign nowhere near as comfortable as the old ones and vertical side zip instead of horizontal no just no. I gotta order longer shoelaces. Cuz they won't stay secure on my feet. Not to mention I have to retie them every time I put them on.

This was SUCH AN EASY AND FULFILLING EXPERIENCE!! I had already returned a pair of boots to Amazon that I'd ordered - same boot and size ordered for him in Oct 2013 from Amazon but a different brand than this one - and they didn't fit this time!! He was heartbroken as he loved those boots. Ya gotta understand however, that the dude wears a size 16 boot - not gonna find those everywhere. So searched internet for tactical works boots for very large feet, and got two good-looking hits. The other site was too onerous to deal with, and this site was much more user-friendly, so pulled up several boot types of what he wanted and had him look at them all and he chose the one I bought. Happiness ensued when we got them and they fit perfectly and were comfortable. Score and win-win!! I now have this site bookmarked for shopping at more in the future! And son got his birthday wish for a new pair of boots for work. ;-D
