The fast rebound sculpted insole with arch support is coupled with a strobel board under the footbed with 2 mm of rebound foam. The combination of the insole and strobel board, along with the EVA midsole, will ensure you are comfortable throughout your workday. A cement constructed wedge outsole provides stability and support while keeping you safe with slip-resistant, oil-resistant, and electrical hazard ratings. This shoe is 100% non-metallic.
