I didn't have a problem about the purchase of the shoes just wasn't wide enough got a 17 ,needed a 17 EE or 4EEEE. Nice shoe My Pastor is a big man 6"8 343lbs . I was so disappointed. This was a birthday Gift , bought 2 pair ,1 from you the other from Amazon had to return.
