New balance

I have bought several pairs in past in different models. The sole glue has tendency to come loose in front. We will see how long these hold up. This model sneakers are comfortable.

New Balance 857

I have purchased the 857 before and found that it provides good support to my feet and ankles. It has been a while since I purchased my last pair so it was time to purchase a new pair, so I decided to stay with a proven design. But I still miss the 888 model. Thank you to the staff at 2BigFeet for their great customer service!

wish I didn't have to destroy them

I wish that I was able to order shoes that were wide enough at the toes so that I didn't have to just order the biggest size I can find and then take a knife and cut all the way down into the toe of the shoe so that it's wide enough to put my foot in. Knowing that though, I do like the shoes and will probably keep ordering them until I find suitable ones.

Good but I would love to get some size 18 Hokas or Brooks.
